The aRinga
Deck-Building and Turn-Based Tactics!
Play against a friend, or against the highly intelligent CPU, putting your well constructed deck and your intelligence to the test! Synergise with the layered combat system to get an edge over your opponent.
How to Play :
The game is a turn based game where you pit your deck and your brain against the opponent. Therefore, you should build the ideal deck using the deck building tool, based on what strategy you as a player want to try.
On game start, each player chooses a deck. (There is currently one pre-made deck available to choose from so you can play without having made your own). The deck is then shuffled and separated into 3 draw piles based on the Tier of the unit.
Each turn, the player garners draw points, depending on the number of units they have deployed. The more deployed units, the more draw points are earned! On any given turn, the player has the following possible actions available:
- Draw a Card using draw points
- Tier 1 units are cheap but not very powerful.
- Tier 2 units are moderately expensive and moderately powerful.
- Tier 3 units are very powerful but cost many draw points!
- Spawn a unit
- Choose the best option based on the units already in play!
- Action an already deployed unit
- Move into an unoccupied space
- Attack an enemy in range
- Or, do nothing!
- Perhaps you are saving up draw points?
The player may only take one action in a turn.
Units have the following attributes:
- Strength
- This represents the health of a unit, but also acts a basis for attack damage!
- Maximum Range
- The maximum distance at which units can attack enemy units from
- Minimum Range
- Units cannot attack close than this!
- Nature
- The options are Earth, Fire, Ice and Air
- Earth beats fire
- Fire beats Ice
- Ice beats Earth
- Air is neutral
- The options are Earth, Fire, Ice and Air
- Class
- The options are Warrior, Ranged, Flyer, Skirmisher and Super
- Warrior beats Ranged
- Ranged beats Flyer
- Flyer beats Warrior
- Skirmisher always loses to other classes
- Super always wins to other classes
- The options are Warrior, Ranged, Flyer, Skirmisher and Super
- Tier 3
- This represents the power of the unit but also determines the draw cost
The aim is to take hold of your enemy's spawn platform until the start of your next turn. Capture the opponent's spawn platform to win.

I dont know what to do. Make a tutorial pls
I apologise, but essentially the game is too incomplete to enjoy. But it is a turn based tactics/strategy game where on your turn you can draw a card/unit, spawn a unit from your hand or move or attack with one of your existing units. There is an interesting system in place to determine how much damage you do when you attack. Unfortunately, in GMTK version of the game, the CPU never fights back
Ahh thats makes sense, the cpu needs to fight back. I was wondering what the pink thing was
